Oh my poor neglected blog. . . .   so many great sessions that have not been blogged!  But I’ve been working diligently on the new website, which should be up within the week, and this blogsite will function as a typical blog to the website.  Very excited!  For now though, I had to share this beautiful session as it’s one of my favorites to date.  My favorite time to photograph is as the sun is setting.  When the weather is cooperating and the stars align, there’s a 20-30 minute window where the light can be absolutely divine.  It is warm and glowing and creates a magical atmosphere.  And on this lucky night over the 4th of July weekend at my dear friend’s parents’ lake house, I was able to capture her precious children (and her too!) in one of their favorites places with my favorite kind of light.  Everyone spent the day playing in the water and on the boat, had a delicious dinner and was winding down in the warmth of friendship and memories.  Miss K is growing into such a lovely young lady and Mr. J is a spirited sweet boy.  I love watching them grow.  Much love to you, B Family!!
