One of my favorite parts of this job is meeting and connecting with amazing people, people I likely would not have met otherwise.  I love to chat with my clients during newborn sessions, especially when the babes are being fed and then rocked to sleep.  I hear birth stories and adoption stories.  I hear stories of those treasured first weeks of parenthood,  the sleepless nights, the beginning of the breastfeeding relationship, the overwhelming feelings of love and joy and of course, of new-parent uncertainty and worries.  Having a 5 year old son and a 1 year old girl, I am in that phase of my life, I get it.  And I love talking about it and hearing other people’s experiences.  These clients were no exception, such lovely and sweet people and parents.

And oh man, this little beauty was beyond precious, so sweet and so sleepy.  I just loved her and enjoyed capturing her sweet little features and her striking black hair.
